Slow Flow Practice and Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

Slow down and move with purpose and attention.

Allow yourself the time and space for deep meaningful restoration of body, mind, and spirit. A great way to close out 2017 and set your sights to the year ahead.

Semester Classes



Sunday Yoga

Feb 4th to March 11th *

Sundays 10:00am to 11:15am

6 weeks for $70*

An energizing morning practice. This class will build strength and flexibility through seated, standing, and reclining postures. We will explore breath work and relaxation in each class. Suitable for all levels of ability.


Intermediate Evening Practice

Feb 6th to March 13th *

Tuesdays 5:30pm to 6:45pm

6 weeks for $60*

This Intermediate level class is suitable for those who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months. We will move though changing sequences to build strength and stamina as well as promote calm and centered focus and stress reduction. This class will contain dynamic vinyasa flows, more challenging standing balances and inversions (modifications will be given to meet individual needs). Pranayama (breath-work) Shavasana (guided relaxation) and Meditation will be included in each class.


Intermediate Morning Practice

Feb. 7th to March 14th

Wednesdays 9:00am to 10:15am

6 weeks $70*

This Intermediate level class is suitable for those who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months. Rise and Shine Practice

March 1st to March 15th *

Thursdays 7:00am to 8:00am

3 weeks $35*

This Intermediate level class is suitable for those who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months. Mixed Level Evening Practice

Thursdays 5:30pm to 6:45pm

This is a gentle class suitable for all levels of experience. We will explore lying, seated, and standing poses at a slow and steady pace to ensure proper safety and alignment for everyone. Movement, breath-work and relaxation will help you cultivate a clam and centered place within yourself. A great way to finish your day.


Yoga Foundations

The Yoga Foundations beginner semester classes are designed for people of all ages, body types, and fitness levels.

Each class will offer time for focus on personal alignment, the mind body breath connection, and deep systematic relaxation.

We will explore simple exercises to build core strength, flexibly, balance and mindfulness, as we build a foundation for a well rounded and safe practice.



Pre-registration is required for all Semester Classes.

* No refunds will be available for paid semester classes. If a semester course has been paid for but not attended, those funds can be transferred into the person's "account" in the form of punch card or gift certificate. All transferred funds must be used within six months of the original start date of the semester course. If a semester has started and you would like to jump in contact us and we will prorate the price for you.

Private Sessions

One on one instruction leads to the best understanding of yoga practice.

Private yoga sessions can provide time for answering specific questions, refining of personal alignment, creation of a personalized home practice, systematic relaxation, and meditation.

During private sessions we explore how to safely and effectively practice yoga for our individual needs. Learn which exercises and practices are most useful and which ones to avoid.

Private sessions are suitable for all levels of experience, ages, body types, and fitness levels. Private Sessions are available for individuals, couples, or small groups.

Private sessions are available in 30min, 60min, and 90min time blocks.

30minutes sessions are $25/individual $35/couple
60 minute sessions are $50/individual $60/couple
90 minute sessions are $75/individual $85/couple

In an attempt to keep cancellations and no shows to a minimum all private sessions must be paid for in advance (at least 48 hours).

Remember to bring a notebook and pen to write down any info from our session that you want to remember for later reflection or practice.

  • Students looking to deepen their practice
  • Students wanting to create a home practice
  • Anyone with serious medical issues
  • Anyone working with anxiety or depression

Payments

All regularly scheduled drop in classes are $15.
Payments for drop in classes due at the beginning of each class.
All payments may be made in cash or check only.

Punch Cards


11 class punch cards are available for $150 All punch cards must be used within six months of the issue date.
Punch cards are transferable to spouses, partners, children, and parents.
Punch cards may not be used for workshops or special events. NO refunds will be issued for punch cards.

Gift Certificates


Gift Certificates may be used toward any class at Goodlife Yoga.

All Gift Certificates must be used within one year of the issue date

Private Sessions
